I have a gift card. How can I make a reservation?
You can redeem a gift card by contacting the reservations department of the desired hotel. You can reach them by phone or e-mail reservationslandmark@inntelhotels.nl.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the Inntel Hotels gift card when booking a room online. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.

- A gift card has a minimum value of €50.

Can children stay in the room for free?
For children up to 2 years old, a baby cot can be placed in the room. For children older than 2 years, an extra room has to be booked.

Is the hotel easy to reach by public transport?
Yes, the hotel is easy to reach by public transport. Tram 26 and tram 7 will take you to the hotel. The hotel is three stops away from Amsterdam Central Station with tram 26. This tram runs eight times an hour.
Does the hotel have a transfer service?
Inntel Hotels does not have a transfer service. However, the reception team can call a taxi to take you to your desired location.
Are there taxis available at the hotel?
Yes, the reception can assist with taxi arrangements. The hotel has a fixed price for Schiphol & Amsterdam Central Station.

I don’t have a credit card. How can I make a reservation?
Please contact the reservation department, they can make a reservation for you by phone or e-mail. After making a reservation, they send you a payment link. The reservation department can be reached via reservationslandmark@inntelhotels.nl.
I received a payment link. What is a payment link? And how does it work?
Via a payment link you can securely make the payment to the hotel online. You will receive the link by e-mail. If you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to your bank. Here you can log in and agree to the payment. After we have received the payment, your reservation is guaranteed.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?
Check your reservation details or contact the reservation department for more information. You can reach them via reservationslandmark@inntelhotels.nl.
How long does it take until I receive my deposit back on my credit card?
The deposit will be refunded during check-out, or if an authorization has been made, it will be released during check-out. It depends on your bank, how long it takes until you receive the deposit.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes, please inform the reception team and they will prepare an invoice for you.
I have booked an overnight stay on another website and I would like to change/cancel my reservation. How do I change/cancel my reservation?
Reservations placed on another website can be changed via the travel agent itself.
I have booked a non-refundable room. Can I still change or cancel?
By choosing this special rate with restrictions, you have agreed to the condition that this reservation can’t be changed. Unfortunately, we can’t make an exception.
